Welcome to holiday season. This time of year is always busy as we rush through our to-dos for the end of the year, and related celebrations and/or gatherings. Sweet and sad memories flow. Add to that, it feels like the world has gone crazy the last few weeks, months, years, and it’s stressful, even crazy-making. I was recently (gently, then forcefully) reminded that we’ve got to focus on the basics, and only what I/we can control, to avoid illness and burnout.
Rushing through tasks does little good, if you’re not rested enough to organize and do them thoughtfully. So, check out my little video message below, and the Black Friday deal for small group (or 1:1) coaching in the new year.
As we head into the last six weeks of 2023, take care of yourself. Interrupt the stress, let go of any perceived need for perfection (of yourself, the project, the holidays), and rest if you need.
